Come join your fellow fantasy/sci-fi/fiction writers for the IWH’s two-hour write-in sessions every second and fourth Tuesday at the Iowa City Public Library. In the Violet Realm, we’ll come together to provide prompts, topic discussions, and the chance to free write with the local literary community.

You asked for it, and here it is! Come and join us this week for a session on Creature Creation. Learn how to delve into mythology to develop intrigue creatures. Our next meeting will be Tuesday, June 14th and will help you either create or better develop the species in your stories. Betsy Casey will lead the session, likely in two parts.
